Raku / Support

A little help.
A clearer view.

Raku collects and displays workspace information. Your connected agent does the work. macOS 14 or later; App Store release in preparation.

Open Raku

Click its icon in the top menu bar. Space, Agents, Tasks, Mac, Context and Devices share one bright surface. Click the header to compact or expand it. There is no separate main window or Dock icon.

Collect storage information

In Preferences, choose specific project, cache or log folders using the macOS picker. All access is read only. Check space displays available paths, names, sizes, dates and ownership hints. Classifications are observations, not deletion permission. Raku cannot detect every open file across the Mac and does not claim to establish that an item is safe to delete.

Let your agent handle cleanup

Enable local MCP sharing and choose Copy MCP settings. Add that connection in your compatible agent client. Ask agent on Space adds a storage-review task. The client can collect approved metadata, then use its own tools, permissions and approval rules for any cleanup. Raku never moves, trashes or deletes inspected files, executes task text or grants permissions in another app.

Work from your to-do list

Add a private draft on Tasks, then Delegate. Agents claim ready tasks, report progress and return a result as Ready to review. Choose Mark done after checking it. Dependencies wait for accepted results. Choose one to four claimed agents; one heavy task runs at a time and waits for normal memory pressure and enough disk space for your estimate. These limits cover Raku’s task queue, not unrelated chats.

Pause or cancel invalidates the claim, but the connected agent must stop cooperatively. A claim expires after fifteen minutes without progress; interrupted work needs explicit reassignment. Approve to continue changes only the local task state, not OS or external-tool permissions. Raku does not launch a model or include an agent subscription.

Choose what you share

Sharing is off by default. Approved storage paths, names, sizes, dates and classification plus delegated task text, progress and results may be received by your client and forwarded to its provider. Private drafts, file contents, chat history, credentials and agent databases are not exposed through MCP. Turn sharing off to block further access. See the privacy policy before enabling it.

Saved context and Mac readings

Choose a supported installed agent’s folder for read-only metadata. Saved token totals and percentages are not live context capacity. “Not shared” means a reading is unavailable. Mac shows resource details without RAM purge or system changes. Devices reads saved labels with permission; check current status and manage devices in Xcode.
