JigKeep is made by AE STUDIO SPACE. The first release stores your collection on your device and does not require an app account. It has no advertising, analytics or tracking SDK. The app does not send your collection to us.
You choose photos and files with Apple’s system pickers. The app stores the selected content, titles, brands, notes, piece counts, statuses, timer sessions, folder settings and import mappings locally. It does not scan another app’s private storage.
A backup includes the available collection data and original supplied photo bytes, which may include embedded image metadata. The archive format is not encrypted. Files and device backups follow your chosen storage provider’s and device’s settings. An integrity check cannot recover omitted photos or establish source authenticity.
Settings → Data on this device deletes the app’s local collection and settings. Original files and separately exported backups are kept. This release does not enable iCloud collection sync.
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send. Please avoid sending private collection archives unless needed to investigate an issue. The support website’s hosting provider processes ordinary web requests. External Apple pages follow Apple’s policies.
